Job summary

Helen Couture is a luxury ready-to-wear fashion brand seeking a highly organized Brand & E-Commerce Manager to support our Houston office and day-to-day operations.

This all-rounder role covers Shopify management, inventory, customer service, fittings, and coordination of shoots while maintaining the brand’s upscale customer experience.

The position is approximately 20–25 hours per week on-site, with potential to grow into a full-time role as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• Some experience with Shopify or e-commerce.
• Experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, customer service, administration or a similar environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and confidence working with customers.
• Basic spreadsheet and computer skills.
• Experience coordinating calendars, appointments or schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in fashion and luxury brands.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Reliable transportation within Houston.
• Experience with fashion inventory, shipping, fulfillment or photoshoot scheduling is helpful, but not every skill is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day Shopify store, including products, SKUs, pricing, collections and inventory.
• Receive and organize incoming merchandise, sample and deliveries. Maintain inventory by style, SKU, color and size.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order status, sizing, shipping, exchanges and returns.
• Prepare and fulfill online orders; print shipping labels and coordinate carrier pickups or drop-offs.
• Oversee the Houston office organization, calendar, meetings, fittings, and visitor coordination.
• Coordinate photoshoots, campaigns and brand activities with vendors and schedules.
