Helen Couture is a luxury ready-to-wear fashion brand entering an exciting new stage of growth and expansion. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable and proactive Brand & E-Commerce Manager to help manage our Houston office and support the day-to-day running of the rand.
This is an all-rounder role for someone who enjoys fashion, organization, e-commerce, customer service and getting things done.
Theideal candidate is comfortable taking responsibility, managing multiple priorities and helping ensure the businessr uns smothly.
What You ill Own
- Manage the day-to-day Shopify store, including products, SKUs, pricing, collections and inventory. Monitor customer orders and order statuses; update product information when required. Process exchanges, returns, refunds and disount codes. Ensure online inventory reflects available phsical stock. Identify low-stock items, order issues or website discrepancies and flagthem quickly. Shopify development is not required, but you should be comfortable working independently within Shopify.
- Receive and organize incoming merchandise, sample and deliveries. Maintain inventory by style, SKU, color and size; count incoming stock and reconcile quantities. Maintain accurate physical inventory and conduct regula inventory checks. Separate samples, returns, damaged items and sellable inventory. Keep garments properly stored, presentation-ready and the inventory area organized.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and assist with order status, sizing, shipping, exchanges and returns. Follow up on outstanding customer issues and provide polished, timely service consistent with a luxury fashion brand. Escalates sensitive or unusual customer matters when necessary. Help coordinate customer appointments and fittings when required.
- Prepare and fulfill online orders; pick and quality-check merchandise before shipment. Prepare garments and packaging accordance to Helen Couture standards. Print shipping labels and coordinate carrier pickups or drop-offs. Monitor deliveries and tracking; assist with exchanges and returns. Maintain packaging and shipping supplies and ensure every order is accurately and beautifully presented.
- Help oversee the day-to-day organization of the Houston office and maintain a clean, professional workspace. Receive packages, samples, inventory and business deliveries. Schedule and coordinate business meetings, appointments, fittings, calls, customer appointments and visitors. Maintain an organized business calendar, schedules and deadlines; send reminders and confirmations when necessary. Take meeting notes when required and follow up on agreed action items. Coordinate with vendors, clients and external partners manage office and packaging supplies. Keep important documents and business information organized and follow up on outstanding tasks and commitment.
- Coordinate and schedule photoshots, campaign shoots, e-commerce shoots, fittings, shows and other brand activities. Communicate with photographers, videographers, models, makeup artists, hairstylists, studios, ocations and other vendors when necessary. Coordinate dates, availability, locations and shedules; prepare calendars ahead of shoots. Help organize garments, samplesand looks required for scheduled activities. Follow up with vendor regarding agreed timelines and deliverables. This is a coordination and scheduling responsibility; this is not a ontent creator role.
- We are looking for someone who is a self-starer, proactive and comfortable taking initiative. Bring thoughtful ideas to the table and identify opportunities to improve organization, customer exerience, scheduling, presentation and efficiency. Research potential vendors,services, events and opportunities when requested. Understand theHel en Couture aesthetic and help maintain consistency aross the Houston workspace and customer experience. Identify what needs attention, find solutions and take approprate action rather thanrequiring constant direction.
What We're Looking For
- Some experience with Shopify or e-commerce.
- Experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, customer service, administration or a similar environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and confidence working with customers.
- Basic spreadsheet and computer skills.
- Experience coordinating calendars, appointments or schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in fashion and luxury brands.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Reliable transportation within Houston.
- Experience with fashion inventory, shipping, fulfillment or photoshoot scheduling is helpful, but not every skill is required from all one. We are pen to training and developing the right person.
Hours & Growth
The position will initially be approximately 20–25 hours per week, primarily on-site at the Helen Couture Houston office. Some flexibility may occasionally be required around photoshoot, fittings, shows, deliveries or other scheduled brand activities. As Helen Couture grows, there is potential for this position to transition into a full-tie role with increased responsibility and compensation. Compensation $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities. Compensation and responsibilities may be reviewed as the position develops.
