Job summary

Petite Plume is seeking a part-time Customer Operations Coordinator to support our growing DTC luxury brand. You'll handle inquiries across email, chat, and phone during the holiday peak, offering thoughtful, personal service to elevate the customer experience.

Average 20 hours per week with potential to flex to full-time during busy periods. You will partner with Fulfillment, Finance, Operations, and CS to resolve issues, process returns, and maintain accurate records in our systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of demonstrated customer service experience in a client facing or e-commerce support role.
• Strong written communication skills and spreadsheet experience (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and key holidays during Nov/Dec.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels with empathy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot order issues, delivery concerns, and returns questions in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of customer interactions using support platforms (Gorgias, Shopify, Route).
• Collaborate with fulfillment, finance, operations, and e-commerce to create tailored solutions.
• Assist with processing returns and exchanges and monitoring trends and KPIs.
• Update customer records and order information; report weekly/monthly trends.
