Greenwich St. Jewelers in Tribeca is seeking a highly organized, analytical Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to own day-to-day operations across Shopify Plus, Email, and SMS.

Reporting to the Ecommerce & Marketing Director, this role drives site merchandising, lifecycle marketing, testing, analytics, and digital projects with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional ecommerce and/or digital marketing experience, preferably within luxury retail or fashion.
• Advanced hands-on Shopify Plus experience (products, variants, collections, merchandising, navigation, PDP optimization).
• Advanced Klaviyo experience across campaigns, flows, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day ecommerce experience across Shopify Plus, ensuring the site is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for conversion across desktop and mobile.
• Lead site merchandising and digital execution for holidays, sales, launches, and key moments.
• Own monthly ecommerce performance reporting and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
