Qualifications

• Ability to handle high-end clients with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through professional client interactions and achieve KPIs.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to emails, chats, and social media.
• Process merchandise orders with accurate data entry.
• Stay informed on launches and campaigns to answer inquiries.
• Develop client relationships and clienteling plans.
• Collaborate with boutique network for referrals and exceptional service.
