Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Las Vegas seeks a Brand Ambassador to deliver expert product guidance via phone and digital channels, building client relationships and driving sales while upholding service standards. The role emphasizes clienteling and proactive engagement to meet performance goals.

You will respond to inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with boutiques to support referrals and client requests, with weekend availability and travel as required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a contact center, customer service, or retail environment.
• Luxury retail or ecommerce experience is preferred; knowledge of high-end jewelry, timepieces, and gemstones is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service, sales and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn multiple systems and multitask; CRM/Salesforce or SAP experience is a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; travel as required.
