Job summary

Hermès Las Vegas Crystals Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to assist both front and back of house operations during the November–December season. You will help with client service, stocking, stock-room preparation, and handle after-sales tasks as needed.

You'll work to Hermès standards, greet clients, support the sales team, and ensure merchandise is organized and presented impeccably in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to handle difficult situations with grace and composure.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• In-person work at a company location is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients following Hermès standards (greeting, assistance, wrapping/packaging).
• Support sales team with selling process (hang/return merchandise, stock prep).
• Organize workstation and selling floor to keep items stocked and merchandise standards met.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales by logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly with professional customer service.
