Job summary

Brobston Group in Nashville seeks a Sales Specialist to support boutique sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with sales and selling support teams while upholding asset protection standards and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with strong relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with the team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and with the team, with open availability to meet business needs.
• Able to lift 0–25 lbs. and work in person at the designated location.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets.
• Maintain organized selling floor and assist with inventory prep.
• Process transactions and provide admin support for after-sales service.
• Follow asset protection procedures and support inventory counts.
