You will manage POS transactions, update CRM records, restock merchandise, assist with inventory, and follow asset protection procedures while maintaining a polished selling floor and packaging purchases to a high standard.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Even-tempered and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Organize and maintain the selling floor, restock merchandise and supplies, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately at POS, maintain CRM records, and support after-sales administrative tasks.
• Assist with inventory preparation, participate in cycle counts, and follow asset protection procedures including tagging and key control.
• Provide high levels of client service including greeting, assisting, and packaging purchases; maintain a clean, organized workstation.
