Hermès in East Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will maintain the selling floor, assist with inventory, and ensure accurate POS and CRM handling while upholding asset protection standards.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and a team-oriented, flexible approach. In-person work is essential, with availability to meet business needs and occasional lifting of items

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in sales; luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
• Open availability to accommodate needs of the business.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance.

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Organize and maintain selling floor to support sales and client experience.
• Process transactions accurately and manage POS and CRM data.
• Assist with inventory preparation and asset protection procedures.
