Hermès Plaza Del Lago Boutique seeks a Selling and Service Assistant to join a fast-paced luxury team in Illinois. You will process transactions, assist customers, and help with stock and after-sales tasks, ensuring flawless client experiences.

Role requires strong communication, 1 year of retail experience (luxury preferred), and solid knowledge of POS and office tools. Local in-person work is essential; great benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience, in a luxury environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Experience with POS and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record point of sales transactions at the register.
• Provide high levels of service with greeting, assistance and gift-wrapping.
• Support sales process: stocking, merchandise retrieval and stock room prep.
• Maintain workstation and selling floor merchandising standards.
• Assist in stockroom operations including replenishment and tagging.
• Support After Sales: log repairs and contact clients, maintain records.
• Record detailed CRM files with purchase history and sales analysis.
