Richemont is seeking a Brand Ambassador for our Ohio boutiques to reflect the brand’s luxury image. You will drive sales, assist the boutique manager in daily operations, and lead proactive client experiences to build lasting relationships.

You will work across store operations, CRM, and team management, with travel as needed to support other boutiques and events. A strong background in luxury retail and leadership is essential.

Formación

• Luxury retail management experience (5+ years)
• Ability to lead and develop boutique teams
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Flexible to work days/nights/weekends/holidays

Responsabilidades

• Meet personal budgets in line with brand retail strategy.
• Achieve boutique KPIs defined by management and retail director.
• Analyze opportunities and refine sales projections.
• Lead sales team to deliver client experiences and build relationships.
• Support boutique manager in budgeting and HQ guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver monthly boutique meetings and action plans.
• Analyze boutique visits and create plans for conversion/retention.
• Oversee training and adherence to policies and customer service standards.
• Ensure stock accuracy and timely reporting.
• Lead front and back of house maintenance and governance.
