Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Boutique Ambassador to drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience at a Cartier-branded boutique in the United States. You will greet customers, present products, and leverage CRM initiatives to grow a loyal client base while maintaining Maison values.

You will collaborate with management to plan client events, handle daily set‑ups, inventories, and back‑stock maintenance, and ensure security and compliance across all store operations.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail is required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and travel for trainings or events.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build a loyal client base.
• Support after-sales clients and maintain Cartier/Maison values in interactions.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, merchandising, and inventory checks.
• Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking with management support.
