Job summary

Richemont's boutique seeks an Ambassador to achieve sales targets and deliver a premium client experience across all touchpoints. The role requires active participation in daily operations and a strong, polished presence in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The position emphasizes building client relationships, facilitating CRM initiatives, and supporting in-store events while maintaining Cartier-related brand standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in luxury retail is preferred and 2–5 years is typical.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while developing client portfolio.
• Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers and maintaining high standards.
• Support after-sales clients and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Cultivate client relationships and capture data for CRM initiatives.
• Assist in daily boutique operations, merchandising, inventories, and events.
