Richemont in the United States (Miami) seeks an energetic luxury retail professional to support Sales Associates and daily boutique operations. This role emphasizes client service, replenishment, and reception duties to maintain an exceptional in-store experience.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least two years in a fast-paced luxury environment, and strong communication skills. SAP familiarity and multilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum two years in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication and verbal skills for guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus; multilingual ability is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates and daily boutique operations.
• Handle replenishment of selling floor supplies and participate in opening/closing setup.
• Manage jewelry setup, backstock, and backfill POS stations; greet clients at Reception.
• Uphold brand protocols and Service Charter; collaborate with Management and Boutique Administrators.
