Cartier North America seeks a Boutique Assistant at the Bellagio location to execute client experience strategies with a 360° view aligned to Cartier values. You will support hospitality, client treatment, product presentation, and appointment management, ensuring seamless experiences that foster lasting brand loyalty across North America.

The role emphasizes a luxury service mindset, teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology; MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment to enhance client journey from start to finish.
• Assist boutique team front-of-house and back-of-house with appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization.
• Assist sales associates to set the stage with impactful discovery and pre-appointment browsing.
• Support the flow of boutique traffic and manage the boutique appointment tool (RDV) and queue.
• Maintain and replenish daily needs for sales and hospitality areas; support order process and storage organization.
