Job summary

Cartier in Dallas is seeking an Ambassador to drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience across all touchpoints of the boutique. You will consistently achieve monthly targets, cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, and contribute to in-store operations, events, and CRM initiatives.

The role requires weekend availability and travel for trainings and events, with a strong emphasis on service and brand representation.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays regularly plus one weekday.
• Travel for trainings, client events and conferences.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all touchpoints.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Assist with in-store operations, merchandising and inventories.
• Support events, trainings, and travel as needed.
• Uphold Cartier image and act as a brand ambassador.
