Job summary

Cartier is seeking an Ambassador for our luxury boutique in the United States. You will drive sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience across all touchpoints and daily operations.

With 2–5 years in luxury retail, you will cultivate client relationships, maintain product knowledge, and represent the Cartier brand at events and in-store activities, including weekend shifts and trainings.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; 2–5 years luxury retail or hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of timepiece movements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Participate in daily boutique operations and inventories.
• Travel for trainings and events.
• Uphold Cartier image and act as brand ambassador.
