Job summary

Cartier in New York seeks an Ambassador of the Maison to drive sales targets and cultivate an exceptional client experience across all touchpoints. You will actively participate in daily boutique operations and events, leveraging CRM to grow a premium client portfolio.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work weekends and travel for trainings. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday.
• Willingness to travel for trainings and client events.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets; provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; capture data for follow-up and CRM initiatives.
• Support daily boutique operations, including set-up, merchandising and inventory tasks.
