Job summary

The Kodak Group is seeking a Boutique Operations Specialist in Charlotte, NC, to drive sales while managing store operations on the floor and in back-of-house areas. This hybrid role focuses on delivering an exceptional luxury client experience and achieving monthly sales targets.

You will lead SOPs, inventory control, visual standards, and collaboration with Store leadership to develop client strategies and optimize performance. Previous SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• Luxury retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of luxury client experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
