Job summary

Brobston Group in Chicago seeks a Boutique Facilitator to provide flexible sales and operational support in our boutique, ensuring exceptional client service and smooth daily operations. You will welcome clients, assist with inventory and packaging, handle register duties, and resolve customer questions with a collaborative spirit.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends and some holidays is required; lifting up to 15 pounds may be necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in retail or client services.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for client experience.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; able to lift 15 pounds.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host clients while providing sales and service support.
• Assist with receiving and shipping inventory, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
• Support product packaging, register opening and closing, and cash handling.
• Answer phone calls and help resolve client issues professionally.
