Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a role in our San Francisco boutique to support Sales Associates, handle daily boutique operations, and assist with Reception. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in a luxury retail environment, and strong multitasking and communication skills.

This position emphasizes exceptional customer service, brand stewardship, and participation in the Service Excellence Ceremony, with compensation discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in computer skills; familiarity with SAP is a plus; multilingualism beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates.
• Handle daily boutique maintenance and operations; assist Reception.
• Participate in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony.
• Backfill and restock selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet clients and uphold the brand's Service Charter.
