Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a motivated candidate to support sales teams and ensure an exceptional client experience in a luxury boutique environment. You will assist with daily operations, receptions, and participation in the Service Excellence Ceremony.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining brand image and client satisfaction. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least two years in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates and provide exceptional client service.
• Perform daily boutique maintenance and operations tasks.
• Assist Reception and participate in the Service Excellence Ceremony.
• Replenish selling floor supplies and set up/breakdown at opening and closing.
• Backfill POS stations and maintain proper merchandise condition.
• Greet clients and uphold company service standards.
