Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in San Francisco is seeking a proactive Administrative and Logistics Associate to support boutique operations, shipping, receiving, transfers, and repairs with precise tagging and compliance with brand procedures.

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will handle inventory, paperwork for accounting, audits, vendor relations, and support the sales process while accommodating evenings, weekends, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, and travel up to 10% of the time.
• Strong accuracy for shipping, receiving, transfers, and repairs with 100% tagging accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative and logistic tasks while ensuring brand security and procedures.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and all transfers, outgoing and incoming repairs.
• Support boutique operations including maintenance, supply ordering, and sales facilitation.
• Coordinate annual inventory, reconciliation, cycle counts, and audits.
• Prepare accounting paperwork and assist finance and auditing teams as needed.
