Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL, home of Van Cleef & Arpels, seeks an organized client-focused boutique associate for our Las Vegas shop. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience in a fast-paced luxury environment, with strong communication skills to engage clients and colleagues.

You will support Sales Associates, handle daily boutique operations, assist Reception, replenish supplies, and participate in opening/closing duties, while upholding the Van Cleef & Arpels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills; SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates and daily boutique operations.
• Replenish selling floor supplies as needed for smooth operations.
• Assist with reception and daily boutique maintenance.
• Set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
• Backstock maintenance and jewelry setup/pulling.
