Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Boutique Management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating events and brand activities.
• Familiarity with inventory control and store processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets and revisions by motivating the team.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
• Monitor monthly targets and KPIs and adjust plans accordingly.
• Lead onboarding and training to educate guests about the brand and products.
• Coordinate interdepartmental沟通 with Buying, Planning and Store Ops.
