Job summary

Christian Louboutin is seeking a Boutique Coordinator in Las Vegas to act as the glue between operations, sales, and management. You will support client advisors, maintain displays, and manage back-of-house tasks with a hands-on, team-driven approach.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and a strong passion for the brand with exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Luxury sales or similar role.
• Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility.
• Must be able to perform the physical elements of the job, including lifting 10-30 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support client advisors during selling ceremonies, including stock retrieval and POS entry.
• Greet guests and communicate professionally across in-person, phone, text, and email channels.
• Utilize tools like Loubilink, OMS, Salesforce, Booxi and Loubi You to support client interactions.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure fresh, full product displays and replenishment of floor samples.
• Manage waitlists and pre-order logs; handle cash desk operations and communicate return policies.
• Back-of-house: assist with stock levels, orders, and stockroom organization.
