Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a luxury boutique hotel and executive hospitality operation in High Point, NC. You will shape guest experiences, financial performance, and leadership of a small, service-driven team.

This role centers on personalized luxury service, with a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to the university calendar, occasional evenings or events, and a renovation program valued at around $20 million.

Qualifications

• Experience as GM in luxury boutique/hospitality
• Strong P&L and budgeting experience
• Proven leadership of department heads and teams
• Experience with F&B, events, or conferences
• Understanding of personalized luxury service and VIP hospitality
• Excellent communication and executive presence
• Willingness to relocate to High Point, NC

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations and luxury guest experience
• Lead department heads and property leadership team
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor and cost controls
• Oversee food & beverage, conferences, events, and VIP hospitality
• Maintain relationships with senior university stakeholders
• Drive service standards, team development and operational improvements
• Lead renovation initiatives and long-term property plans
