Qualifications

• Current or recent GM experience in luxury, boutique, lifestyle, or full-service hotels.
• Strong P&L and financial management experience.
• Experience leading department heads and developing teams.
• F&B, banquet, catering, or event exposure.
• Strong luxury guest-service and service-recovery experience.
• Polished executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Comfort interacting with executives, VIPs, families, speakers, and community leaders.
• Leadership style built around service, accountability, professionalism, respect, and team development.
• Willingness to relocate to High Point, NC

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations and guest experience to luxury standards.
• Maintain VIP hospitality and service excellence.
• Lead department heads and the property leadership team.
• Direct P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor, and cost controls.
• Manage F&B, conferences, events, and executive hospitality.
• Maintain relationships with university and client leadership.
• Drive operational improvements and renovation initiatives.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, discretion, and detail.
