Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs sales and management experience in the luxury sector; beauty or fragrance a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, develop and inspire team
• Exceptional client service and customer experience approach
• Excellent listener with business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Coordinate and attend regular trainings and stay current on product knowledge
• Strong presentation, communication and organization skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to analyze the business and identify growth opportunities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tech-savvy
• Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Maintain store standards and take proactive measures
• Willing to take on new challenges
• Physical ability to move about the store and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, customer-service oriented team.
• Set performance targets and drive store productivity and profitability using selling tools (Shopify, HubSpot).
• Plan store schedule around peak hours with adequate staffing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of luxury retail trends.
• Communicate marketing campaigns and new product launches to the team.
• Cascade brand messages and company communications to staff.
• Grow business through in-store events and networking.
• Ensure boutique is stocked, clean, and properly merchandised.
• Enforce loss prevention and safety standards.
• Recruit and onboard store staff; develop future leaders.
