You will ensure boutique standards, manage schedules, stay current on product knowledge, and coordinate training, events, and promotions while upholding integrity and loss prevention. This role requires 3+ years in luxury retail leadership and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs sales and management experience in luxury sector.
• Strong leadership to coach and inspire a team.
• Exceptional client service and customer experience mindset.
• Excellent listening and business acumen.
• Coordinate trainings and stay current on product knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Shopify & HubSpot.
• Ability to analyze the business and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, customer service–oriented team with coaching.
• Set targets and drive store productivity and profitability using selling tools (Shopify & HubSpot).
• Plan store schedule aligned with peak business hours and staffing needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of luxury retail trends and brand messages.
• Communicate campaigns, launches, and promotions to the team.
• Build the business through networking and in-store events.
• Maintain boutique standards, stock, cleanliness, and merchandising.
• Enforce loss prevention and safety standards.
• Recruit, select, onboard staff and develop future managers.
