Job summary

Boucheron in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Boutique Coordinator to support client experiences and daily boutique operations. You will assist Sales Advisors, prepare presentation jewelry, maintain displays, and help coordinate events and VIP appointments.

The role requires 2–4 years in luxury retail or hospitality, polished communication, discretion, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays. SAP and CRM proficiency are a plus, as is multi-language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with discretion and warmth to set a refined boutique tone.
• Assist Sales Advisors during appointments by preparing jewels and presentation trays.
• Maintain immaculate displays and ensure brand-standard visuals.
• Support celebrity fittings, photo shoots, and internal transfers/consignments.
• Oversee daily boutique rhythm, coordinate deliveries, and service requests.
• Manage inventory shifts, stockroom organization, and appointments.
• Prepare boutique reports, schedules, and sales documentation.
• Support Boutique Director with calendars and events.
• Assist planning and execution of boutique events and VIP experiences.
