Job summary

Buccellati Boutique in Beverly Hills seeks a Boutique Assistant to deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold luxury standards. You will support hospitality, storytelling, and seamless service from welcome to sale, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Candidate should have experience in luxury retail or service, be available weekends, and possess strong interpersonal skills. SAP experience is a plus and travel for trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Must be available to work retail hours including weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional welcome to the client and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout their visit.
• Utilize Maison storytelling and heritage to enhance the client experience.
• Manage the flow of boutique traffic to ensure timely client attention.
• Assist commercial team with activities enabling seamless client experiences (preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, sales finalization, etc.).
• Assist with complimentary services including strap changes, bracelet sizing, steam cleaning, cord changes, etc.
• Assist with CRM tasks including data entry, reports, and client treatments.
• Consistently reach and exceed all KPIs.
