Job summary

Brobston Group in Costa Mesa is seeking a boutique associate to deliver a personalized luxury client experience and exceed sales targets. You will welcome clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchase journey, sharing product knowledge with passion.

The role requires two-plus years in luxury retail or hospitality, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least two years in luxury retail/service/hospitality.
• Interest in or knowledge of watch movements.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Able to work retail hours, including nights and weekends; language skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand needs, guide them through the sales process.
• Build client relationships, maintain records, follow up on opportunities.
• Support boutique events, after-sales service, merchandising, inventory, and daily operations.
• Represent the Maison and communicate its history, values, and collections with passion.
