CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator, Host on 57th Street to welcome clients and support the client journey in our boutique. You will help maintain traffic flow, answer questions, and assist teammates to maximize client-facing time while ensuring superb service standards.

The role emphasizes warmth, inclusion, and collaboration with the House of CHANEL heritage, with a flexible schedule including some late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and guide them through the boutique experience.
• Assist team to maintain flow and optimize client-facing time.
• Answer questions and provide information to bridge wait times.
• Communicate expected wait times and in-boutique experiences clearly.
• Support opening/closing of the boutique and inventory receiving as needed.
