Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Boutique Director to drive sales, operations, and client development. You will lead the leadership team, ensure exceptional service, and manage staffing and budgets to meet business goals.

The role requires a strong background in luxury fashion, excellent people skills, and the ability to coordinate with Merchants and Training teams to elevate product knowledge and client experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of boutique management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
• Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership and staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
• Lead the leadership team to develop Sales Associates for client development and sales.
• Ensure outstanding client service at all times.
• Conduct regular management touchbases on performance, operations and people issues.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and payroll budgets for the boutique.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and hiring of boutique staff and leadership.
• Manage payroll, expenses, and headcount to maintain the boutique operating budget.
• Coordinate in-store events with Corporate Office to drive traffic and sales.
• Develop product knowledge with Merchants and Training Team.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with brand direction and campaigns.
• Coordinate in-store promotions including seasonal sales, trunk shows and contests.
• Report sell-through and client feedback to Merchandising for actions.
• Oversee operations with the Operations Manager including shipping, inventory and aftersales.
