Job summary

Richemont is seeking a Boutique Assistant to support the execution of the client experience strategy in boutique environments across North America. The role emphasizes hospitality, exemplary service, and alignment with Cartier values, contributing to memorable client journeys and loyalty.

You will assist management with front-of-house and back-of-house activities, manage appointments, and help maintain visual and operational standards in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment to enhance the client journey.
• Assist boutique team front- and back-of-house with activities to facilitate seamless client experiences (appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, sales finalization).
• Support the flow of boutique traffic and daily management of the appointment booking tool (RDV) and queue.
