Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; MS Office required and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment.
• Assist the boutique team with front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Support the flow of the boutique traffic and appointment booking.
• Enhance the boutique environment by maintaining visual standards.
• Respond to personalization requests including strap changes and steam cleaning.
