Job summary

Cartier in the United States (Ohio) seeks a Boutique Assistant to support the client experience strategy across our luxury boutique. You will assist front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless client experiences, including appointment preparation, product presentation, and gift services.

The role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and collaboration with management to uphold Cartier standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong hospitality and client service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Create a warm, welcoming boutique environment aligned with Cartier values.
• Assist boutique team with front- and back-of-house tasks to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Support discovery and pre-appointment browsing to maximize sales.
• Help manage boutique traffic and RDV appointment bookings.
• Maintain visual standards in wrap rooms and client service areas.
• Assist with stock maintenance and special projects as needed.
