Job summary

LVMH in Dallas (Highland Park) seeks a Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding luxury retail service and support daily boutique operations, including POS, returns, cash handling, and inventory control.

You'll work with the Boutique Management team to ensure a welcoming customer experience, maintain product knowledge, and uphold brand standards while processing transactions and assisting in all boutique activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move boxes of merchandise.
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Ring on registers accurately and manage cash.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and assist inquiries.
• Assist in packing/wrapping merchandise.
• Process exchanges or returns with leadership.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and secure cash.
• Keep register area orderly and stocked.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising and floor housekeeping.
• Provide support on selling floor and participate in inventories.
• Help solve problems affecting service and productivity at the cash wrap area.
• Support general boutique operations including safety and procedures.
