Responsibilities

• General sales support – assist with expediting stock for stylists and client appointments.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and build connections to drive repeat business.
• Resolve client issues with a focus on exceeding expectations.
• Cashier duties – process transactions and support selling process needs.
• Support store operations: opening/closing, inventory, and daily revenue reporting.
• Process store transfers, RTVs, and client send sales.
• Provide stock and transfer updates to stylists/management.
• Coordinate alterations/repairs and stock room organization.
