Job summary

Brobston Group in New York seeks a boutique operations support role to ensure exceptional client experiences in a luxury jewelry environment. You will assist Sales Associates, Reception, and management with daily boutique maintenance and service standards.

Responsibilities include replenishing floor supplies, jewelry setup, backstock maintenance, and welcoming clients while following the Service Charter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, computer, communication, and verbal skills.
• SAP familiarity and fluency in multiple languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Replenish selling-floor supplies and assist with boutique opening and closing.
• Handle jewelry setup, pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Backfill point-of-sale stations and desks, and help maintain merchandise condition.
• Welcome clients, assist with Reception duties, and follow client experience protocols and the Service Charter.
