As a full-time team member, you will manage sales transactions, maintain visual merchandising, support inventory, and assist with opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction, proactively resolve issues, and provide personalized, luxury-level service.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients, share product knowledge, and collaborate with team members.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium customer-facing environments with a preferred history of over 5 years with a luxury designer brand.
• Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills, and comfort with handling cash and card transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and support store operations during opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
