You will exceed monthly sales and KPI goals, actively develop new clients, maintain the CRM, and promote the brand through excellent product knowledge and professional customer interactions. This role emphasizes leadership in duty shifts and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of retail sales experience (luxury preferred).
• Exemplary selling and clienteling skills.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and KPI goals.
• Actively develop new clients and grow business.
• Maintain client book (CRM) and generate sales by appointments and follow-up.
• Demonstrates strong product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends.
• Uphold brand values and promote marketing programs and events.
• Open and close the store, ensuring POS accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, peers and management.
