Job summary

Richemont, a world leader in luxury, invites a client-centric sales associate to join the Vacheron Madison Ave boutique. You will deliver personalized premium service, greet clients, build relationships, and drive sales while embodying the Maison's values.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, strong product knowledge, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. SAP exposure and language skills are pluses.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of luxury retail experience in a service or hospitality context.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of timepiece movements is an asset.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience and greet every client with outstanding service.
• Partner with boutique management to plan and participate in events and networking.
• Capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while following retail guidelines.
• Provide after-sales support in line with Maison values.
