You will engage clients, participate in events, manage daily boutique operations, and uphold Maison values while achieving sales targets and maintaining meticulous data and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of luxury retail, service or hospitality experience.
• General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience and greet customers while maintaining high standards and product knowledge.
• Partner with Boutique and management to support in-store and offsite events.
• Capture client data for follow-up and relationship building using available tools.
• Reach and exceed sales targets while following retail guidelines.
• Master the key moments of the sales ceremony and engage customers to understand needs.
• Handle negotiations and objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Support after-sales clients and recommend Maison pieces to enhance experience.
• Stay informed on industry news and competitors.
