Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Retail Ambassador in New York to drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and maintain boutique standards while supporting after-sales service.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, strong interpersonal skills, and availability for weekends, with potential travel for trainings and events. SAP and MS Office familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings, client events, conferences.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide outstanding customer service to every client.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, merchandising, pricing changes, and back-office tasks.
• Support events, trainings, and travel as needed to promote the Maison and Cartier image.
