Job summary

La Maison Longchamp is seeking a Sales Associate for our boutique in Cerritos, CA. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and handle merchandising, POS operations, and loss prevention while upholding store standards.

The role requires high-end retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge of Cegid and UPS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree in Retail, Fashion or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in high-end retail, boutique or sales.
• Proficient with Cegid transactions (sales, returns, CRM, reports) and UPS system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maximize sales while providing outstanding customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/returns.
• Develop and maintain client books and records of sales.
• Assist with mailings, phone orders, and floor displays; replenishing merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor clean and adhere to company policies.
• Assist in receiving and replenishing merchandise and floor stock.
• Travel between boutiques as necessary for business.
