• 5+ years in luxury retail, with management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Improve every sale and minimize stock losses
• Open and close the boutique
• Coach, staff, schedule, merchandize, and inventory management
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed to maximize results
• Increase sales and monitor conversion rates daily
• Provide outstanding service to customers and build lasting relationships
• Assign and monitor sales goals for Associates
• Lead product displays and merchandising with independent judgment
