Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience in a luxury setting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a sales team.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and monitor daily performance and conversion rates.
• Provide outstanding service to customers and coach staff to do the same.
• Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Associates.
• Develop clientele and coordinate promotional activities and displays.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of sales team; conduct regular meetings.
